We're Knotify Services, a Thailand-based guest management company built around one simple belief, every guest deserves to feel looked after.

With 10+ years of combined experience in guest relations, events, hospitality, and coordination, our team brings structure, warmth, and attention to every interaction.

Based in Thailand, we support events globally, across Bangkok, Hua Hin, Phuket, Koh Samui, Khao Yai, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and other destinations, with experience supporting celebrations beyond Thailand as well.

We work closely with wedding planners, event teams, and hosts, becoming an extension of their team and taking ownership of the guest experience from the first RSVP through to departure.

RSVP KICK-OFF

Once we come on board, you share the guest contacts in our format. We prepare the first RSVP message and Save the Date for your approval before reaching out to any guest.

INVITATION & CONFIRMATION

Once a guest confirms, we share the invitation and guest information form. From there, our structured follow-ups help us collect every response and keep the guest list moving.

GUEST DATA

Every response and guest detail is carefully organised in one live tracker, from RSVP status and dietary preferences to special requests and information needed for the stay.

HOTEL & ROOMING

We prepare and manage the rooming list with check-in and check-out dates, number of nights, room requirements and payment responsibility, coordinating closely with the planner and hotel.

TRAVEL & TRANSPORT

We collect arrival and departure details, prepare transport manifests, cross-check travel information with guests and coordinate confirmed movements with the transport team.

ON-GROUND GUEST SUPPORT

From guest arrivals and hotel check-ins to transport updates, guest queries, broadcast messages, last-minute changes, & departures, our team is there throughout the event.
